The Complete Health & Wellness Center’s Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurse and Medical Assistants are all employees of Premise Health. Premise Health partners with supervising physicians to provide physician oversight to the Nurse Practitioners, as required by state law. The physicians conduct periodic chart reviews each month and can be consulted on more complex cases if necessary.

Nurse Pracitioner

Shelly Lynch, APRN, FNP-C

Shelly Lynch is from Kansas City, Kansas and currently lives hear Lee's Summit. She completed her education at the University of Missouri - Kansas City, where she earned a Masters in Nursing. Before joining the Complete Health & Wellness Center care team, Shelly worked as a Nurse Practitioner with Family Practice of West Central Missouri. She strives to treat the whole person and not just the disease state.

In her spare time, Shelly enjoys being outside, gardening, walking, experimenting with new recipes, reading, decorating, and mostly spending time with her husband and children.

Nurse Practitioner

Amber Williams, DNP, FNP-BC

Amber Williams is a nurse practitioner who has been working in the healthcare field since 2015 when she completed her undergraduate nursing education at Saint Luke's College of Health Sciences. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice with Family Nurse Practitioner emphasis at the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2021. Previously, she worked as a nurse practitioner at the University of Kansas Health System specializing in rheumatology and acute care in the inpatient setting. Amber also has experience as a nurse practitioner in the urgent care setting. 

In her spare time, she likes to go to the gym, go hiking, kayaking, bicycling. She also enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and loved ones, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops.

Physical Therapist

Jared Smiddy, PT, MPT

Jared Smiddy is an Illinois native who moved to Lee's Summit from Fort Collins, Colorado in 2021.  Jared has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics and is certified in dry needling.  He is excited and honored to be able to serve LSR7 employees that are serving his own family.  

He completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Maryville University of Saint Louis, where he also played basketball and met his amazing wife, Jen, who is also a physical therapist.  Together, they have been blessed with two children, Jacob and Juliette, along with a Goldendoodle named Charlie.  

In his free time, Jared enjoys sports, music, the great outdoors, watching or coaching his kids' sports, and making memories with his family.

Health Center Manager, Registered Nurse

Julie Theismann, BSN, RN

Julie Theismann is Registered Nurse (RN) who lives in Lees Summit. She completed her Bachelors of Nursing degree at William Jewell College through their Nursing Accelerated Track in 2010 after graduating from Truman State University with her Bachelors of Science in Biology. Before joining the Complete Health & Wellness Center team, Julie worked at Children’s Mercy Kansas City in both the inpatient setting, with cardiac patients and outpatient setting, in the Urgent Care Clinics and in the Critical Care Simulation Departments as a Simulation Education Specialist. She has also worked in primary care settings and as a home infusion nurse.  

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing games and cheering on her sons in their various activities. She also enjoys traveling, competing in speed puzzling competitions and gathering with friends.  

Medical Assistant 

Shelia Gallant, MA

Shelia Gallant is a Medical Assistant from Independence, Missouri. She completed her education at Heritage Collegge where she earned her Associate's Degree. She began her career in the medical field with Jackson County Neurology. Before joining the Complete Health & Wellness Center, Shelia worked as a Medical Assistant with the Visiting Physicians Association. She strivers to treat her patients with the best care possible. Shelia states, "Smiling is the best medicine!" In her spare time, she enjoys music, dancing, makeup, the outdoors, and going on nature walks with her dogs.

Medical Assistant

Diana Perez, MA

Diana Perez is a Medical Assistant from Lees Summit. Fresh out of high school Diana attended and graduated from Concorde Career College back in 2019. Previously Diana was a Medical Assistant at Family Health Care, a FQHC that served medically underserved areas and communities. She has experience in family practice, urgent care, OB, orthopedics, and infectious disease. Diana takes pride in being bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English. Her favorite part about working in healthcare is building trust and relationships with her patients and being able to educate patients on the importance of their health. In her free time she enjoys kayaking, fishing, and spending time with family.
